2012 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!

18 December 2012- Registered athletes, coaches and officials must submit their entry forms for the USA Boxing National Championships no later than 5pm (Colorado time) on 30 January 2012.  These packets must go to the USA Boxing National Office in CO Springs.  Please click here to print the documents.

Step A
1) Go to
https://webpoint.usaboxing.org
(please note: if you are typing this address, it MUST begin with "https://" NOT "www." or "http://" because this is a SECURE site.)
2) Select "Join USA Boxing" on the left side of the page
3) Complete the forms with the requested information
4) Memorize or write down and safely secure your login information.  You will NOT be able to change your login name, only your password.

Once you have received login information, you will be able to register as an athlete or non-athlete online, print your membership card, and more. 
 
ATHLETES- YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE END OF THE PROCESS TO PRINT, SIGN, AND MAIL THE HEALTH AFFIDAVIT AND WAIVER FORM ALONG WITH YOUR PHOTOS AND A COPY OF YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT.  I will accept copies by mail, in person, or scanned copies through email of all the necessary documents.  Once I recieve all the documents, I will mail you your USA Boxing Passbook (This applies to athletes, coaches and officials). 
 
Non-athletes- I will periodically check the system to see who is newly registered.  You are welcome to contact me via email or phone to let me know you registered online so I can mail you your USA Boxing Passbook. You MUST BE CERTIFIED by our Cheif of Officials, Eiichi Jumawan ( coach-jumawan@hawaii.rr.com or 808-256-2885), before you are authorized to work inside the ring for your athlete or as an event official. 

Step B
1) Go to

2) Select "Request A Login" on the left side of the page
3) Complete the forms with the requested information
4) Memorize or write down and safely secure your login information. You will NOT be able to change your login name, only your password.

Once you have received login information, you will be able to register as an athlete or non-athlete online, look at your member history as far back as the early 1980s, print your membership card, and more. 1) Go to https://webpoint.usaboxing.org and log in using your 6-digit log-in ID and your password. (hint- you can recieve your log in info by email by clicking "Did you forget your User ID or Password? Click here" above the log in form.)
2) Select "Renew My Membership" on the left side of the page
3) Complete the forms with the requested information

Online Applicants
 
Existing Clubs may renew their memberships online beginning December 15, 2011. Club managers should be sure to register as soon as possible to avoid any lapse in liability coverage.  2011 liability coverage expires on December 31, 2011.
 
Athletes & Non-Athletes may join or renew their USA Boxing memberships online.  Please follow the steps above to join or renew.  You will be required to submit documents to the Registration Chairman.  The required documents will be listed at the end of your online registration process.  There is a $3 processing fee for registering online.
